摘要
目的:结合肺癌的病理学和影像学诊断技术,引入计算机辅助诊断的肺癌专家系统,应用医学信息技术,研究肺肿瘤数据库的设计和开发。方法:快速原型法;面向对象的程序设计。1)计算机技术采用微软Windows平台,Windows Internet In-formation Service服务提供基于Web,甲骨文Oracle10g数据库,微软ASP.net开发工具;2)医学诊断技术基于肺癌的病理学和影像学诊断理论和实践;3)计算机辅助诊断技术是基于图像识别和"知识"的肺结节检测专家系统。结果:系统由人机交互界面、肺结节知识库和推理机(肺癌检测专家系统)、标本库、综合数据库、数据获取5个子系统构成。其中,综合数据库是整个系统的核心。肺癌计算机辅助诊断专家系统的关键技术为基于国际HL7和DIC-COM标准的医疗信息学。结论:设计及实现基于肺癌计算机辅助诊断专家系统的肿瘤数据库,有望对肺癌的诊断提供更便捷和准确的手段,同时也为将来建设全民健康档案提供相关的标准化数据来源。
OBJECTIVE:Integrated with pathology and radiology diagnostic technique for lung cancer,to introduce lung tumor computer assisted diagnostic(CAD)expert system to the exploitation and research of the state-of-art design of lung tumor database with information technology.METHODS:Rapid prototyping and object-oriented programming technology.1)Computer technology apply Windows Platform and Internet Information Service provide application service based on Web,Oracle database,Microsoft ASP.net developing tools;2)Medical diagnostic apply pathology and radiology principle and operation;3)CAD apply lung nodes detecting system based on the expert system using visualization and "knowledge" technique.RESULTS:The system contained human-computer interaction system,lung nodule repository and inference engine(lung cancer detection system),specimen database,synthesis database and data-fetching system.Synthesis database was the key of the whole system.The key technique of Lung CAD expert system was Medical informatics based on international HL7,DICCOM standard.CONCLUSION:Present the lung tumor database scheme based on lung CAD expert system and integrated digitalization specimen management,design and realize a leading technique lung tumor database system for more easy and exact diagnostic of lung tumor as well as provide standard data for future electric healthcare record.
