实时三维超声在胎儿产前诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨实时三维超声在胎儿产前诊断中的应用价值.方法 应用GE Voluson 730 Expert三维彩色多普勒超声仪对3564例孕周为18-40周的胎儿进行系统二维和三维超声检查,并与产后结果 对照.结果 产后发现胎儿畸形38例,二维超声诊断正确率为71.1%(27/38),三维超声诊断正确率为89.5%(34/38).结论 三维超声与二维超声联合使用,可以提高胎儿畸形的产前诊断率,具有重要的诊断价值.
