导流杂交基因芯片技术在宫颈癌人乳头瘤病毒分型检测中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨导流杂交基因芯片技术在宫颈癌人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)分型检测中的临床应用。方法:采用导流杂交基因芯片技术对1 169例宫颈癌脱落细胞标本进行HPV检测并分型。结果:1 169例宫颈癌中HPV感染率为91.70%(1 072/1 169),其中单一感染占77.16%(902/1 169),多重感染占14.54%(170/1 169),检出率较高的HPV基因型有HPV16(62.10%)、HPV18(10.95%)、HPV58(10.52%)、HPV52(7.96%)和HPV33(3.93%)。结论:导流杂交基因芯片技术可检测HPV多种基因型,对HPV感染基因型的鉴别及宫颈癌的预防和治疗具有较好的临床应用价值。中华肿瘤防治杂志,2010,17(11) OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical application of flow-through hybridization and gene chip on human papillomavirus(HPV) genotypes detection in cervical cancer.METHODS:The flow-through hybridization and gene chip was used to detect HPV genotypes in specimens of exfoliated cells from 1 169 cervical cancer patients.RESULTS: In 1 169 cases,the total infection rate of HPV was 91.70%(1 072/1 169),the rate of single genotype of HPV was 77.16%(902/1 169),and the rate of multiple genotypes of HPV was 14.54%(170/1 169),The most common genotypes were HPV16(62.10%),HPV18(10.95%),HPV58(10.52%),HPV52(7.96%),and HPV33(3.93%).CONCLUSIONS:The flow-through hybridization and gene chip is able to detect the multiple HPV genotype.The distinction among HPV genotypes is seemed useful in prevention and management of cervical cancer.
