Definition and synthesis of antigenic peptides pattern of human p12

目的:确定和合成p12的多抗原肽序列。方法:根据以往实验研究和经验选择合成抗原肽的形式,利用Fmoc氨基酸,通过多肽固相合成法合成所选择抗原肽序列。利用高压液相色谱技术进行纯度检测。结果:选择了抗原肽序列的多抗原肽形式进行合成,最终得到8分支的p12-MAPs(ECLAETERNARS)11 mg,经HPLC分析纯度达到89.43%。结论:p12多抗原肽的合成为制备p12蛋白的抗原肽抗体奠定了基础。

OBJECTIVE： To choose and synthesize the sequence of p12 multiple antigenic peptides.METHODS： Based on the experiment and empirical analysis,the pattern of antigenic peptides was selected.By using fmoc-protected amino acids,the antigenic peptides sequence of p12 was synthesized with an automatic solid peptide synthetic peptide approach.Its purity was detected by HPLC.RESULTS：The p12-MAPs was chosen as the antigen,11 mg of 8 branch p12-MAPs（ECLAETERNARS） was synthesized,and its purity examined by HPLC was 89.43%.CONCLUSION：The synthesis p12-MAPs provides a foundation for generating antibody against human p12.
