摘要
视网膜中良好的血液循环与视网膜神经细胞的存活密切相关。在缺氧缺血条件下神经细胞的存活除了受其自身特性影响外,还受该细胞所处的微环境的调节。而血-视网膜屏障对调节视网膜的微环境,维持其稳态起重要作用。了解血-视网膜屏障的检测方法对研究血-视网膜屏障损伤在缺氧缺血性视网膜疾病的作用具有重要意义。本文着重介绍多种检测血-视网膜屏障的方法,为研究者检测血-视网膜屏障的损伤提供方法学资料。
The retinal neuronal survival is closely correlated with healthy circulation of blood in the retina.In hypoxic-ischemic conditions,neuronal survival is not only influenced by its own peculiarity,but also regulated by its microenvironment.The blood-retinal barrier(BRB) plays an important role in the homeostatic regulation of the microenvironment in the retina.It is greatly important to understand the detecting method of blood-retinal barrier for research on blood-retinal barrier breakdown in hypoxic-ischemic retinopathy.This review introduced several kinds of methods of detecting blood-retinal barrier,so as to provide methodological data for investigator to detect blood-retinal barrier breakdown.
