大肠癌组织PIK3CA蛋白表达及其与大肠癌耐药相关性的研究 被引量:6

Correlation and clinical significance between expression of PIK3CA and drug resistance in colorectal carcinoma tissues

摘要 目的:观察PIK3CA蛋白在大肠癌的表达情况,并探讨其表达与大肠癌多药耐药(MDR)基因产物LRP、GST-π、TopoⅡ的相关性及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学MaxVisionTM法检测108例大肠癌组织中PIK3CA及多药耐药(MDR)基因产物LRP、GST-π、TopoⅡ的表达情况,并分析PIK3CA与大肠癌多药耐药的相关性。结果:1)PIK3CA蛋白的表达与大肠癌的分化、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有明显的相关性,P<0.05;2)PIK3CA蛋白的表达与GST-π、TopoⅡ具有相关性。结论:PIK3CA蛋白的表达与肿瘤的多药耐药具有相关性,检测PIK3CA蛋白对于大肠癌患者选择有效的化疗方法及判断预后具有重要的意义。 OBJECTIVE:To explor the correlation and clinical significance between the expression of PIK3CA and multidrug resistance gene products LRP,GST-π and Topo Ⅱ in colorectal carcinoma tissues.METHODS:The expressions of PIK3CA,LRP,GST-π and Topo Ⅱ in 108 patients with colorectal carcinoma were detected by Max VisionTM immunohistochemical technique.The relationship of PIK3CA and drug resistance in colorectal cancer was analyzed.RESULTS:1)The PIK3CA expression was correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05);2)The PIK3CA expression was correlated with GST-π and Topo Ⅱ.CONCLUSION:The PIK3CA expression is correlated with MDR,therefore,detecting the expressions of PIK3CA has the important significance with regard to choosing the individual chemotherapy and prediction of prognosis.
