外用溃疡散对混合痔合并肛裂术后创面愈合及止血的疗效观察

The healing and hemostasis of mixed hemorrhoids with anal fissure by WaiYongKuiyangsan

目的观察外用溃疡散在混合痔合并肛裂术后促进愈合和止血方面的疗效。方法将162例患者随机分为治疗组82例和对照组80例。治疗组使用马应龙痔疮膏和外用溃疡散加入紫草油纱条;对照组在使用马应龙痔疮膏加紫草油纱条。结果创面愈合时间:治疗组为(18.56±3.49)d,对照组为(21.82±4.74)d;出血评分:在术后24h内未排便情况下两组无显著性差异(P>0.05);但在术后48h、72h和144h排便情况下,治疗组优于均对照组,有非常显著性差异,(P<0.01)。结论外用溃疡散在促进混合痔合并肛裂术后创面愈合、减少创面出血方面有较好的疗效。

To evaluate the treatment of healing and hemostasis of mixed hemorrhoids with anal fissure by WaiYongKuiyangsan. Methods A random control study was carried out in 162 patients：82 cases for treatment group,80 cases for control group. Treatment group was used WaiYongKuiyangsan and zicaoyou gauze：control group was used Mayinglong paste and zicaoyou gauze：Results The healing time is （ 18. 56 ± 3. 49） days in treatment group：（ 21. 82 ± 4. 74） days in control group,there was a significantly difference （ P 0. 05） ; Score of hemorrhage there is no significantly difference （ P 0. 05） within 24 hours without defecate; there is a significantly difference （ P 0. 05） between treatment group and control group when defecate after 48 hours、72 hours and 144 hours. Conclusion It promotes trauma healing and decrease hemorrhage for mixed hemorrhoids with anal fissure by WaiYongKuiyangsan.
