辛伐他汀的不良反应和防治(附35例报告)

Adverse reactions and prevention of Simvastatin

目的观察辛伐他汀不良反应及探讨防治方法。方法回顾性分析35例发生不良反应患者的临床资料。结果辛代他汀的主要不良反应有神经系统,肝胆系统,皮肤及肾功能损害等,且不良反应与剂量相关。结论选择合适人群、剂量,用药期间注意监测CPK及肝、肾功能,可安全有效地应用于临床。

Objective To observe the adverse effects of simvastatin and control. Methods A retrospective analysis of 35 cases of adverse reactions occurred in patients with clinical data. Results Sindeh statins major adverse reactions were the nervous system,hepatobiliary system,skin and renal function impairment,etc. ,and the adverse reactions and dose-dependent. Conclusion Choose the right people,dosage,medication during the attention to monitoring CPK and liver and kidney function,can be safe and effective clinicai application.
