六胺银套染马松三色染色在肾小球肾炎和肾小球病诊断中的应用

Applying double stain of PASM and Masson trichrom to pathological diagnosis of glomerulonephritis and glomerulopathy

目的更好显示免疫复合物在肾小球肾炎和肾小球病中的形态和定位。方法采用六胺银套染马松三色染色。结果能更精确显示肾小球肾炎和肾小球病中各种免疫复合物的形态与定位,并可对肾小球内增生胶原成分区分为Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型。结论有利于病理医师观察,对提高肾小球病理诊断及科研工作具一定实用价值。

Objective To improve the observation of morphology and location of immune complex in glomerulonephritis and glomerulopathy. Methods Double stain of PASM and Masson trichrom. Results Better morphology and location of immune complex were shown in glomerulonephritis and glomerulopathy. And the more,proliferative collegen in the glomeruli can be divided into III and IV types. Conclusion It is a useful method for improving diagnosis and research of glomerulonephritis and glomerulopathy.
