针刺环跳穴治疗腰腿痛疗效观察

目的观察环跳穴强刺激治疗腰腿痛的疗效。方法将96例腰腿痛患者分为3组。观察组:强刺激环跳穴并放射传导;对照1组:针环跳穴不强刺激放射传导;对照2组:不针环跳穴。结果观察组总有效率为93.75%。对照1组为68.75%,对照2组为56.25%.观察组与对照1、疗效均有显著差异(P1<0.05)、(P2<0.01)。两对照组疗效差异无统计学意义(P3>0.05)。结论环跳穴强刺激疗法是治疗腰腿痛的有效方法。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of strongly stimulating at HuanTiao Point on patients with lumbago or leg pain. Methods 96 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups. Observation Group：To stimulate strongly at HuanTiao point and conduct radially. The control group 1：To acupuncture at HuanTiao point but not to stimulate strongly and conduct radially. The control group 2：Not to acupuncture at HuanTiao point. Results The total effective rate was 93. 75% in the observation group,68. 75% in the control group 1,56. 25% in the control group 2 with significant differences between the Observation Group and the control group 1 and 2（ P 0. 05） ,（ P 0. 01）. The effective of two control groups was no significant difference（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The therapy of strongly stimulating at the HuanTiao point is an effective way to treat the patients with lumbago or leg pain.
