摘要
目的探讨双钢板内固定治疗SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法 2003年3月至2008年5月,本科采用双切口、双钢板内固定治疗76例SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折患者。结果术后76例患者均获得随访,随访10～36个月,平均18个月,骨折均获骨性愈合,根据Rasmussen膝关节功能评分法进行综合评分,优良率为86.3%。结论对于SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折,选择双钢板固定,可有效防止骨折再移位,固定稳固持久,膝关节功能恢复满意。
Objective To evaluate the effect of dual plate fixation for tibial plateau fracture of Schatzker typeⅤ and Ⅵ. Methods From March 2003 to May 2008,dual plate fixation were performed through two incisions in 76 patients with tibial plateau fracture of Schatzker Ⅴ and Ⅵ. Results All patients were followed up from 10 to 36 months with an average time of 18 months. Bone union was achieved in all cases. According to Rasmussen,s functional grading system,the fineness rat was 86. 3%. Conclusion Dual plate fixation provides stable and durable fixation,avoiding the replacement of the fracture. Satisfactory function of the knee can get on tibial plateau fracture of Schatzker Ⅴ and Ⅵ.
