摘要
本文论述了用全息光栅代替玻璃分束器,以莫尔条纹技术消除仪器综合误差的莫尔-泰曼干涉仪。
This paper introduces a Twyman interferometcr with holographic grating used as a beam splitter. In the interferometer, Moire technique is employed to eliminate system error. The Moire fringe is observed and analysed in the output of the meter. This interferometer is called Moire-Twyman interferometer.
