摘要
本文通过对碎裂岩系岩芯采取率低及保形困难的原因分析,对传统双管单动钻具进行了挡水、岩芯拦档、钻头等构建的改良。运用改进后的钻具在碎裂岩系地层中进行试验,提出了合理的钻探工艺参数。通过将改进后的钻具及钻探工艺运用于实际工程中,从岩芯采取率及保形效果上证实了该钻探取芯技术是可行并有效的。
Firstly, reasons of low core recovery and difficult shape-keeping in drilling of cataclasite layers are disscussed. Then three important measurements incluing water-retaining, core-stopped and bit are made to improve traditional single rotary and double tube core barrel. More fittable parameters of drilling technology are also presented through a lot of drilling tests on cataclsite layers with the improved core barrel. The improvement of core barrel and drilling technology are proved feasible and more effective which are applied into a actural engineering investigation projects.
