In Yan＇an period,Chen Yun was in charge of budget and economic work of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region,and made an overall plan of trade,finance and budget.He carried out outstandingly the policy of developing economy and safeguarding supply,and created a glorious page in the history of wartime budget and economy of China and foreign countries.Although remained unknown,it provided with much experience for the budget and economic work of new China.
