论述新理念下幼儿教师的基本素质在事业、理念、知识、技能、身心等方面的标准,提出幼儿教师基本素质的培养依据、培养原则、培养项目、培养途径和培养评价等构想。
This article discusses the criteria of a preschool teacher’s basic quality in terms of his career,concept,knowledge,skills,body and mind under the new educational ideas,proposing the thought of the foundation,principles,projects,methods and evaluation in connection with the training of preschool teachers’ basic quality.
