摘要
本文采用Sparrow-Bedford方法,通过理论分析和编程计算,得到单段加热等温圆柱管式炉沿轴向加热热流分布的算法,克服了以往管式炉炉体等温区小、校验精度低、工作周期长等缺点。使用该算法,合理布置加热元件,可使圆柱管式炉的等温性能获得较大改善。
The tube type electrical resistance furnace is an equipment used wildly in the metrologia and industrial processes. To solve its non-isothermal slate during the operation, the article deals with, in detail, the theory of radiation heat transfer among differencial surface and a program using Sparrow-Bedford method. It is expected that the program could be used as a software in the design of heating element placement to improve the properties of the furnace.
