支原体肺炎患儿急性期血清中IL-10,IFN—Y变化的分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过检测IL-10和IFN-γ在肺炎支原体肺炎患儿急性期外周血中的变化情况,据此探讨支原体肺炎的细胞免疫发生机制及判断病情的严重程度及预后。方法47例已确诊为肺炎支原体肺炎的急性期患儿根据心肌酶谱的测定结果,分为心肌损伤组和无心肌损伤组。另选28例健康儿童为对照组。分别采取空腹静脉血,采用ELISA方法测定血清IL-10和IFN-γ的水平。结果肺炎支原体感染组血清IL-10和IFN-γ与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P〈0.01),并且心肌损伤组和无心肌损伤组急性期血清IL-10和IFN-γ水平比较,同样有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论肺炎支原体肺炎患儿急性期存在Th2和Th2免疫应答失衡的现象,并且血清IL-10和IFN-γ水平的高低与机体受感染严重程度有关。 Objective Interleukin - 10( IL - 10)and interferon gamma( 1FN - Y) are typical cytokines produced by Th2 and Thl cells differently, and the changes of serum levels of the two cytokines can indirectly reflect the immune state and the progress of inflammation. The aim of this research was to investigate the changes of IL - 10 and IFN - γ in peripheral blood of children with Mycop lasmal pneumonia at the acute stage. Consequently We could explore the lmmunoeyte mechanism Of MP infection and judged the severity and prognosis. Methods 47 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia were-divided into myocardial injury group and non- myocardial injury, groupaccording to myocardial e nzymogranl. The serum levels Of IL- 10 and IFN - γ were determined with the method of enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in those patlets as well as 28 controls. Results The levels of serum IL - 10 and IFN - γ between both groups of patients and those in the controls were significantly different (P 〈 0.01 ). The levels in the myocardial injury group were also significantly different with those in the nonmyocardial ln3ury group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions There was an imbalanced cytological immune between Th2 and Thl cells existed in childrenwith MP infection, The serum levels IL - 10 and IFN - γ were correlated with the severity of the disease.
