摘要 胱抑素C(Cystainc)是一种低分子量非糖化碱性蛋白质,所有的有核细胞都能稳定地产生,存在于人体的体液中:胱抑素C几乎完全被肾小球过滤,然后由肾小管重吸收,紧接着被降解,并且肾小管不分泌,也不通过肾小管排泄。胱抑素C不受炎症反应、性别、肌肉以及年龄变化的影响。在肾移植患者血清胱抑素C(SCys C)浓度作为移植肾功能测定指标的可行性和临床应用价值。临床对GFR的评价通常使用内源性血液物质,如UREA、SCR、Ccr等,尽管应用较广,但作为肾脏标志物,有许多不足。血清胱抑素C(SCys C)是新近发展起来的评价肾功能早期损害的一个灵敏标志物?优点是方法简便,血清浓度稳定,可随时进行检测。我国已步入了人口老龄化时代,如何提高老年人的生活质量,已经为政府部门及广大医务工作者所关注。由于老年人特有的生理特性及各种慢性疾病的影响,肾脏过滤功能也像机体的其他机能一样在逐渐减退。目前,临床通常以血清尿素氮和肌酐作为评价肾功能的实验室指标,但它们都有各自的弊端。近年来,随着检测技术的发展及检测自动化,血清胱抑素C(SCys C)用作评价肾功能的实验室指标,颇受人们关注。在这里,以参加我院健康体检的200例老年人为对象,测定其血清胱抑素C、肌酐和尿素氮的浓度,旨在探讨血清胱抑素C、肌酐和尿素氮在评价老年人肾功能方面的对比。 The cystatin C is one kind of low molecular weight non - glycosylated basic protein. All nucleated cells? can be generated stably and exist in human body fluids. The cystatin C is almost completely filtrated by the glomerular, then tubular reabsorption, finally is degraded. Rena/tubular is not secreted and also it is not excreted through the renal tubular. The eystatin C is not effeeted by inflammatory, gender and muscle. For kidney transplant patients, Serum cystatin C (SCys C) concentration is? the renal function testing- standard for the feasibility and clinical value. Clinic evaluation of GFR normally use endogenous blood substances, for example, UREA, SCR, Ccr etc. Although the application is extensive, it is inadequacies as a kidney markers. The cystatin C is the sensitive maker which recently develop and evaluate the early damage of renal function. The advantage is simple method, stable serum concentration and it can be detected at any tiule. China has entered the era of population aging, how to improve the quality of life of older people have been concerned by the government and medical worker. Because of the impact by the unique physiological characteristics of the elderly and various chronic diseases, Kidney filtration function are gradually subsided just like the other functions of the body. Currently, Clinic is usually used the serum urea nitrogen and creatinine as the evaluation standard in lab for the renal function. However, they have their omn disadvantage. Recently, with the development of detection technology and testing automation, and as the lab standard for the evaluation of renal function, Serum cystatin C (SCys C)are paid more attention by the people. For example, for the 200 elderly people attending our institute health examination, we test their seruna cystatin C, creatinine and blood urea nitrogen concentration, the purpose is exploring and comparing the serum cystatin C, creatinine and btood urea nitrogen in the evaluation of renal function for the elderly people team.
