5种肿瘤标志物联合检测对原发性肝癌诊断价值的探讨

Diagnosis value discussion of five kinds tumor markers combined detection for primary liver cancer

目的探讨肿瘤标志物AFP、CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199在原发性肝癌中的阳性率及联合检测对原发性肝癌诊断的临床价值。方法采用化学发光法对95例原发性肝癌患者、97例肝硬化患者和152例健康体检者检测血清AFP、CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199，并进行对照分析。结果AFP、CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199在原发性肝癌组的阳性率分别为77．9％、43．2％、56．8％、36．8％、69．5％。五项肿瘤标志物联合检测在原发性肝癌组的阳性率最高为92．6％。结论联合检测肿瘤标志物可提高原发性肝癌的诊断率，对原发性肝癌的鉴别诊断有重要的临床意义。

Objective To study the poskive rates of tumor markers AFP, CEA, CA125, CA153and CA199 in patients with primary liver cancer and the diagnosis value of primary liver cancer with combined assays. Methods We tested serum AFP, CEA, CA125 ,CA153 and CA199 in 95 patients with primary liver,97 patmnts with liver cirrhosis and 152 healthy cases with chemiluminescence and the case control analysiswas undertaken. Results The positive rates of AFP, CEA, CA125, CA153, CA199were 77.9 % ,432 % ,56.8 %, 36.8 % ,69.5 % respectively in patients with primary liver cancel. The 3nest positive rate of combined assays Of five kinds of tumor markers for primary liver cancer was 92. 6%. Conclusion The diagnosis rate of primary liver cancer could be increased with combined assays of tumor markers and it was important to differentiated diagnosis of primary liver Cancel.
