摘要
目的探讨尿中HBsAg的检测对乙肝相关性肾炎的诊断意义。方法对85例肾小球疾病患者分别进行肾组织活检检测肾组织HBsAg沉积和应用Elisa法检测尿中HBsAg。结果尿HBsAg检测与肾组织HBsAg沉积检测有一致性。结论尿HBsAg检测可为乙肝相关性肾炎的诊断提供重要的依据。
Objective To explore the urine in the detection of HBsAg, hepatitis B- associated glomerulonephritis diagnosis. Methods 85 patients with glomerular diseases were detected for kidney biopsy kidney tissue deposition and application of HBsAg detected by Elisa urine HB- sag. Results The urine and kidney tissue HBsAg test detected HBsAg deposition consistency. Conclusion HBsAg testing urine for the diagnosis of hepatitis B associated glomerulonephritis provide an important basis.
