中学教师和银行退休老年人血糖、血脂及尿酸分布状况对比研究

The distribution state comparison study of blood glucose, blood fat and uric acid in aged people who coming from middle school and bank

目的探讨中学教师与银行退休老年人血糖血脂和尿酸的分布趋势，对比职业对老年人的生活质量的影响。方法2008年进行健康体检的年龄60岁及以上的的教师和银行人群，测定人群静脉血的血浆葡萄糖（GLU）、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）及尿酸（uA）水平，分析人群中血糖、血脂及尿酸变化趋势。结果中学退休教师与银行退休职员之间血脂水平显示出不同特点，甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）中学退休教师男女之间均有明显差异，而银行退休职员男女之间无明显统计学差异，中学退休教师总胆固醇男性低于女性，而银行退休职员则是男性高于女性，中学退休教师人群高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显低于银行退休职员，中学教师退休女性总胆同醇明显高于银行退休女性。两职业人群血糖及血尿酸水平无明显差异。结论教师与银行职业对人群血脂水平有一定的影响，但血糖及血尿酸水平无明显影响。

Objective To investigate the changes of the blood glucose, blood fat and uric acid in aged people who coming from middle school and bank. Methods The level of blood glucose（GLU）, Triglyceride（TG）, cholesterol total（TC）, low density lipoprotein（LDL） and High density lipoprotein（HDL） were analyzed in aged people whose age after 60 years coming from middle school and bank, by Automatic Chemistry Analyzer, then analyzing the data. Results The level of TG, TC and LDL - C was different from the aged people with different sex in middle school, but nc, diference between bank clerk. There was higher level of TC in men than women in teachers from middle school, and is opposite to bank clerk. There was lower level of LDL - C in teachers from middle school, than bank clerk. There was not obviously different than the level of blood glucose and blood uric acid. Conclusion The level of blood fat is many differences between teacher and bank clerk, but there was not obviously different to the level of blood glucose and blood uric acid between the teachers from middle school and bank clerk.
