分光光度计型全牙比色仪Olympus Crystaleye临床比色可重复性研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的评价分光光度计型全牙比色仪Olympus Crystaleye临床比色的可重复性。方法于2009年9—10月,使用分光光度计型全牙比色仪Olympus Crystaleye测试10名志愿者健康的左上颌中切牙中1/3色彩学参数,每个测试对象测色10次,分别记录其L*a*b值(CIE1976 L*a*b),并计算L*a*b平均值。次日用相同方法再次测量并记录,同一测试对象再次测量结果与前次计算的L*a*b平均值进行比较,计算平均色差值2-1,评价比色仪的可重复性。结果 2-1值范围为0.32~0.66。结论使用分光光度计型全牙比色仪Olympus Crystaleye进行临床比色,有较高的可重复性。 Objective To evaluate the repeatability of a spectrophotometer shade-mactching device,Olympus Crystaleye.Methods Ten volunteers were chosen for this trial.A new dental spectrophotometer shade-mactching device Olympus Crystaleye was used to measure the left maxillary central incisor of each object for 10 times.The color parameters(CIE1976 [L*a*b ]) of central 1/3 body area of each tooth were recorded.Then,the [L*a*b ] average chroma values were calculated.The next day,the same test was repeated,and the results of the same object was compared with the average [L a b ] value before,then each 2-1 was calculated.Results 2-1 ranged between 0.32 ~ 0.66.Conclusion The repeatability of Olympus Crystaleye colorimeter could be accepted in clinical shade-matching.
