摘要 随着我国北方富煤缺水地区火电空冷机组装机迅速增加,对空冷机组中的关键技术的研究更为迫切。为此,我们提出了建立空冷实验室的设想,并已完成空冷实验台的设计和计算。该方案包括空冷实验台的本体、水源、汽源和测试系统等的设计。实验台的设计是完全模拟火电厂空冷散热器并通过具体计算进行的。利用该实验台可取得在现场极难得到的数据和性能测试指标,测量精度高并具有很强的通用性,对空冷机组技术的研究具有重要意义。 It is urgent that the study of the key technology in cooling units with the rapid development of the power plant installed capicity in the poor water and plentiful coals in North China.Therefore,the plan is presented that an air cooled laboratory is setup and has been carried out the design and calculation.This design concludes the body of the air cooled experimental platform and water source, stream source and measuring system etc.This design for the air cooled experimental platform completely simulates air cooled heat exchangers in power plant by concrete calculation.The data and function criterion can be got by doing the experiment that are uneasily got in the field.This illustrates that it has high measuring accuracy and powerful current function.Consequently,it has far reaching significance in the study of air cooled units technology.
