二甲双胍缓释片联合盐酸罗格列酮治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效观察

To observated efficacy of metformin sustained-release tablets combined with rosiglitazone hydrochloride tablets on type 2 diabetic

目的探讨二甲双胍缓释片与盐酸罗格列酮联用对2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法选取2006年7月至2009年6月在我院门诊或住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者52例,随机分两组,联合组给予二甲双胍缓释片(盐酸罗格列酮,对照组单独给予二甲双胍缓释片,观察两组空腹血糖(FPG)及饭后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白C(HbA1 c)、体质指数、血脂等指标和治疗期间不良反应,并比较分析。结果与治疗前相比较,两组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1 c及三酰甘油(TG)均明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,0.05);与对照组相比较,联合组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1 c改善更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍缓释片+盐酸罗格列酮治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效优于单纯给予二甲双胍缓释片。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of metformin sustained-release tablets and rosiglitazone hydrochloride tablets in treatment of type 2 diabetic.Methods From July 2006 to June 2009,52 cases of type 2 diabetic on our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Joint group was given metformin sustained-release tablets ＋ rosiglitazone hydrochloride tablets,and control group alone given metformin sustained-release tablets,to observate adverse reactions during treatment and change of FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,BMI,Liqid and so on.Results Compared with before treatment,FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,and TG in two groups were significantly decreased（P0.01,0.05）;The improved of FPG,2hPG,HbA1c in joint group were better tham control group（P0.05）.Conclution The clinical efficacy of metformin sustained-release tablets ＋ rosiglitazone hydrochloride tablets in treatment of type 2 diabetic patients was better than alone given metformin sustained-release tablets.
