摘要
研究了已发生早期容量损失PCL的铅酸蓄电池容量恢复的可行性。首先对失效蓄电池进行了正极活性物质PbO2含量的测定,放电过程中电池端电压、正极、负极相对镉电极电势的测定,结果表明,实验所用蓄电池其失效确属早期容量损失所致。经用长时间搁置、高温搁置和高倍率充电联合、高倍率充电低倍率放电至V终为零、高倍率充电低倍率放电四种方法进行容量恢复实验。结果表明:长时间搁置、高温搁置、低倍率全放净再高倍率充电,具有较好的恢复效果,能将蓄电池容量恢复到90%~100%,而高倍率充低倍率放时其恢复效果不明显或极其缓慢。
The feasibility of restoring capacity was studied for the premature capacity loss in lead acid batteries.Firstly by measuring the PbO 2 contents of the positive active materials and the discharge potential of both the positive and the negative electrode vs. Cd electrode,the results show that the premature capacity loss causes the failure of battery.Then by means of tabling at high temperture,discharging fully at low rate,standing at open circuit for long time,and charging at high rate and discharging at low rate,the results show that the first three methods have better effects on restoration and can restore the battery capacity up to 90%,even to 100%,while the last method has not a distinct effect.
