摘要 以自动激活锌-银储备电池的关键部件——泡囊的材料技术要求为切入点,从热塑性弹性体的组成及结构原理深入分析,逐一剖析聚乙烯、聚异丁烯、助剂的结构特点,性能参数,相互配合的优劣,从材料的相容性、加工性、韧性、强度、耐碱性、耐热氧老化性等六个方面考察与泡囊材料技术要求的适应性,并从中筛选出线型低密度聚乙烯、超高分子量聚异丁烯、抗氧剂1010三种材料及其配方,经过小试、泡囊加工,取得了充分的数据证实分析的合理性。 According to the technical requirements of material for the reservoir in automatically activated zinc silver oxide primary battery,the component and structure of thermoplastic elastomer was discussed theoretically.The structure characteristics and blending performances of polythene,polyisobutene and addtives were analyzed.Then the adaptability to technical requirements of reservoir material was reviewed in six aspects,including blending performance,process performance,tenacit,intensity,resisting alkali and resisting aging of heat or oxygen.The materials,linearly low density polythene,polyisobutene with ultrahigh molecular weight and antioxidant 1010,and the formula were determined by experiments.All the technical parameters testified the reasonableness of analysis.Finally,the further research to improve the material for the reservoir was suggested.
