心理护理对脑卒中后抑郁患者康复的影响分析

The influence of psychological care on rehabilitation of patients with depression after cerebral stroke

目的探讨心理护理对脑卒中后抑郁患者康复的影响。方法将94例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为两组,心理护理组和对照组,每组47例。对照组给予常规治疗、护理及康复锻炼。心理护理组则在常规治疗护理的基础上予以相应的心理护理干预措施。两组患者分别用抗抑郁药治疗前和治疗4周、8周后给予汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和Barthel日常生活能力(ADL)指数进行评定。结果治疗4周、8周后,经统计学分析,对照组与心理护理组HAMD评分及ADL指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过心理护理干预措施,可减轻和缩短脑卒中后抑郁患者的病情和病程,促进肢能功能康复,减轻残疾程度,提高生存质量,促进疾病康复。

Objective To explore the influence of psychological care on patientswith post-cerebral stroke depression.Methods Ninety four patients with post cerebral stroke depression were randomly divided into two groups： psychological care group and control group,47 patients in each group.Patients in control group received routine treatment,nursing care and rehabilitation exercises.Patients in psychological care group received appropriate psychological care and intervention on the basis of conventional treatment and care.All patients were evaluated by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （ HAMD） and Barthel activities of daily living （ ADL） index before treatment and at 4 and 8 weeks after antidepressant treatment.Results After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the difference between control group and psychological care group was statistically significant.Conclusion The psychological care intervention can improve the condition and shorten the duration of depression in patients with cerebral stroke,and promote the functional recovery of patients.It also can reduce disability,improve the quality of life and promote the recovery of patients from disease.
