臭氧套袋治疗感染创面的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察臭氧套袋与常规换药治疗感染创面的疗效。方法将44例有感染创面的患者随机分为臭氧套袋治疗组和常规换药组,每组22例。常规换药组采用常规方法进行伤口换药,臭氧套袋治疗组在常规换药的基础上对病变部位进行医用三氧套袋治疗。结果臭氧套袋治疗组平均治愈时间为6 d;常规换药组平均12 d,臭氧套袋治疗组愈合时间明显缩短。臭氧套袋治疗组总有效率为95.45%,而常规换药组总有效率63.63%,两组疗效具有显著性。结论医用三氧套袋治疗局部感染能减轻炎症,促进创面愈合,缩短创口愈合时间,疗效显著,是一种安全有效的方法。
