摘要 本文阐述了“GW系列液体变阻起动器”的工作原理、结构特点和使用方法。重点论述了如何实现电动机以最大转矩,最小电流起动。说明了全封闭“Y型”隔离装置的优点及其完善的自保护功能。该起动器是通过改变液体中动、静电极间的距离、调节电阻值,从而改善电动机的起动性能,极间电阻不仅与动、静电极间的距离有关,而且与溶液的浓度、极板面积的大小等都有关系。通过调整,可使电动机接近额定电流起动,均匀加速至额定转速,减少对电网及机械设备的冲击。特别适用于绕线电动机的重负载起动和运行。 This paper discusses the principle of operation,structure character and apply mode of GW series liquid varistor starter. It lays emphasis on how to realize the motor starting with most torgue and small starting current, explains the advantage of the whole latch-up Y - Mode segregating unit and complete protection func- tion. By altering the distance between the moving and static electric pole, this starter alters the resistance, im- proves the starting performance of motor. The electric pole resistance depends on not only foe solution concen- tration, but also the size of the pole area. By setting,the motor can be made start with rated current and homoge- neous acceleration until normal speed,impulsive force to the electric net and mechanical device can also be de- creased. It specially fits to having load starting and moving of wound-rotor motor.
