摘要
论述了适用于各种配电网的故障区段判断和隔离的通用算法。首先针对配电网的结构获得一个网络描述矩阵。在发生故障时,根据安放于馈线分段开关处和主变电所的RTU上报的过电流信息生成一个故障信息矩阵,通过网络描述矩阵和故障信息矩阵的运算得到一个故障判断矩阵,根据故障判断矩阵就可准确地判断和隔离故障区段。给出了若干实例。
A unified algorithm for fault section detection and isolation in distribution system is presented. A describing mattixmust be first established on the basis of the structure of distribution system. When fault occurs. a fault information matrix isformed according to the message from pole-mounted RTU and the RTU in main substation. A fault detecting matrix can beobtained from the above two matrixes. with which the fault section can be detected and isolated correctly. Several examplesrelated to the proposed algorithm are discussed.
