洁净煤技术在福建电力工业中应用的展望

APPLICATION PERSPECTIVE OF CLEAN COAL TECHNOLOGY IN ELECTRIC POWER INDUSTRY OF FUJIAN PROVINCE

根据福建电力工业现状和发展预测，论述福建在２１世纪初的一、二十年代以燃煤发电为主的电源结构不会改变。为了高效和环保的要求，采用洁净煤发电技术是必然的选择，并将在福建电力中占重要地位。文章提出了开发应用洁净煤技术的分阶段目标和措施，建议政府和有关部门在政策条件方面要给予扶持与保障，并欢迎开展国内外技术与经济合作，以利共同发展。

Based on the present status and the prediction of development of electrical power industry in Fujian Province, this Paper describes that the powersupply structure madly depending on the coal - fired power generation in Fujian province wil[ not be changed in the first and second decades of Zlstcentury. Therefore, to meet the requirements of higher efficiency and better environmental Protection, it is inevitable to aam of~ coal technologyfor power generation. The author Puts forward in the Paper some of the goals and measutes for development and aPPlication of the clean coal tech- nology.
