摘要 双流式弱酸性树脂氢离子交换器结构与双流式机械过滤器基本相同,其母管支管式出水装置以下的树脂层比上树脂层约高0.3m,其优点是:出力提高一倍而树脂用量较少,可节约投资和占地面积,并且再生效率较高,水耗较低。自1990年首台设备在苏州热电厂运行以来,现已有30多个电厂采用,其中大多用于300MW以上机组的循环水处理。它们的经验已使该设备技术日趋完善和成熟。 The structure of double - flow weak - acid resin hydrogen ion exchanger introduced in this Paper is line a double - flow mechanical filter. The lowerresin bed under the easting tube is higher than the upper resin aam by 0. sin. It has the advantage of doubled output flow with a lower resin consump-tion, which will result in less investment and occupation of space. It has also a higher regeneration rate with lOwer water demand. Since the first actwas Put into operation in 1990, this type of exchanger has been applied to over 30 POwer plants for circulating water treatment, most of the units inthese Plants are of 300MW.
