情绪智力理论研究综述

摘要情绪智力作为衡量和影响个人事业发展的关键变量,已经得到国内外学者越来越多的关注。国内外关于情绪智力的理论研究可以分为两种模型：能力模型和混合模型。文章回顾了以往学者关于两种情绪智力模型的理论研究,并指出未来理论研究的发展方向。
