摘要
为了对洁净燃煤发电系统进行包括技术性能（Ｔｅｃｈｎｉｃａｌ）、经济性（Ｅｃｏｎｏｍｉｃ）和环保性能（Ｅｎｖｉｒｏｎｍｅｎｔａｌ）三方面的综合性能评价，该文提出了一个综合性能评价指标及模型。用此ＴＥＥ模型对已得到发展的几种洁净燃煤发电系统进行评价，初步得出一些有益的结论，可为我国发展洁净燃煤发电技术提供参考。
Abstract For the purpose of assessing the comprehensive performance of clean coal fired power generating systems, including its technical, economical and environmental(TEE) aspects, a comprehensive performance assessment index, together with a corresponding model, are proposed. This TEE model has been used to assess several already developed clean coal fired power generating systems and some preliminary useful conclusions are educed, which may serve as reference for the development of clean coal fired power generation technology in this country.
