摘要
通过对企业生存和发展环境的分析,给出了企业人本管理的基本状况,提出应适应新形势,建立健全规章制度,加强人本管理。
On the basis of an analysis of the environment in which enterprises are to exist and develop,this paper presents an account about the basic conditions of the people-oriented management in enterprises and proposes that it is necessary to set up necessary rules and regulations and have them improved gradually in a hope to enhance people-oriented management so as to fit in with the needs of the new situation.
