通过论述煤炭企业人力资源管理与企业文化建设活动的关系,认为煤炭企业必须把构建人力资源管理与企业文化摆在同等重要的位置,才能不断完善基础工作,逐步形成全员参与的企业文化构建格局,真正把企业文化转化为助推企业健康持续发展的凝聚力、生产力、竞争力,推动企业安全高效发展。
On the basis of a discussion about the relations between the human resources management and corporate culture cultivation in coal mine companies,the author takes it for granted that coal mine companies should give equal attention to human resources management and corporate culture cultivation.Only in this way can the basic work of coal mine companies be duly achieved so that the corporate culture cultivation is to be participated by all staff and workers and to transform the corporate culture into cohesive force, productive force and competitive edge that can help realize a healthy and sustainable development of the coal mine companies on their way to safer and highly efficient development.
