胃恶性间质瘤18例临床病理分析
摘要
目的探讨胃恶性间质瘤的诊治方法。方法对18例胃间质瘤作回顾性总结分析。结果 18例患者胃镜下活检均证实为胃恶性间质瘤,18例均行手术治疗,术后病理亦证实为胃恶性间质瘤。结论依据病史及临床表现,结合胃镜、B超、CT、病理等检查综合分析判断,可提高诊断正确率,手术是主要治疗方法 。
