摘要
简述了近年来国内外电力工业在管理体制和经营方式上改革的情况；指出国内电力工业改革中存在的问题；提出了我国电力工业在推行社会主义市场经济中迫切需要进行的几项工作。
This paper briefly describes the reform of power industry management system and business running both domestic and abroad, points out problems existing in reform of domestic power industry, and presents some tasks to be earnestly carried out in implementing socialist market economy for China power industry.
