摘要
针对镇海发电厂4号机组同步器死区大、惯性大、可控性差及控制精度低等问题,采用直接能量平衡控制方式和模糊PID(FuzyPID)复合控制策略,成功地实现了机组协调控制系统在3%、5%负荷升、降速率下的升、降负荷控制,保证了主蒸汽压力在±02MPa范围内波动和负荷的稳定,满足了机组协调控制系统的快速性和稳定性的要求,为电厂安全、经济和稳定运行提供了保证,为实现AGC控制奠定了基础。
In view of big dead zone,large inertia,poor controllability and low control accuracy etc. problems of synchronizer of No.4 generating unit in Zhenhai Power Plant,the direct energy balance control mode and Fuzzy PID compound control strategy are used,with the run up and run down control of coordinated control system of unit at 3% run up rate and 5% run down rate successfully realized,the fluctuation of main steam pressure within the range of ±0 2 MPa guaranteed,and the rapidity and stability requirement of coordinated control system of unit satisfied,providing the guarantee for the safe,economical and stable operation of power plant,and laying the foundation for the realization of AGC control.
