介绍在Ｈ２０－２０数字程控用户交换机上，以不同的硬件及软件配置，实现电脑话务员的三种方法。
By three applied examples,the article introduces how to find some different ways to realize computer operator by three different configurations about hardware and software in the HARRIS 20-20 telephone exchange.
