摘要
介绍了零电压过渡PWM软开关电路的基本原理,并通过合理化假设,对其消除的开关损耗和辅助换流电路引入的损耗进行了分析,得到了明确的结果。在此基础上,提出了谐振参数的设计原则。最后进行了实验验证。
The paper introduces the principle of Zero Voltage Transition PWM soft switching circuit.By reasonably supposing some of the conditions,the reduced loss of the circuit due to soft switching and the loss induced by assistant commutation circuit are analyzed,thus leads to several considerations in designing the resonant parameters of the circuit.At last,experiment results which support the conclusions are given.
