摘要
研究了电弧炉电极调节系统的自适应控制问题。首先得出了电极调节系统的模型,然后将系统非线性的传递算子用线性的传递函数序列等效表示,在此基础上得到了模型参考自适应控制的方案。仿真结果表明自适应控制比PID控制有更好的动态性能,对弧长扰动的抑制能力大大增强。
It is made research on adaptive control of electrode regulator systems of arc furnace.First, the model of electrod regulator systems is obtained, then a seris of linear transfer functions ofthe systenis are used equivalently instead of the nonlinear transfer operator. Based on that, the planeof model reference adaptive control is put foword. The results of simulation shows that adaptive con-trol systenis has a more better dynamic characteristics than PID control systems, and strengthensgreatly capability of restraining the disturbtance of arc length.
