摘要
钢筋混凝土腐蚀破坏已成为威胁全世界钢筋混凝土结构耐久性的主要灾害,对腐蚀钢筋混凝土结构的修复技术的研究具有重要的应用价值。通过制作3根钢筋混凝土梁,采取不同的修复方法对3根试件进行修复,养护1周~2周后分别进行弯曲试验,直至破坏,将实验所得的极限承载力结果进行对比。结果表明,采用环氧树脂砂浆修复的梁的承载力大于普通砂浆,修复过的梁的承载力大于未修复的试件,因此可用于工程实践。
The corrosion damage of reinforced concrete has become a threat to the durability of reinforced concrete structures around the world major disasters,so the existing corrosion repairing of reinforced concrete structures technology has an important value.This article t hrough the production of three reinforced concrete beams,take a different repair method on three samples to repair,maintenance 1 week~2weeks later,in a bending test to failure,the ultimate bearing capacity of the experimental results were compared.The results show that the epoxy mortar repair capacity than ordinary mortar beams,restored the capacity of the beam over the specimen is not fixed,it can be used in engineering practice.
