摘要
汽轮发电机基础为火电厂极其重要的特种结构,其结构形状因工艺布置和结构的要求而变得多种多样,这给汽机基础的设计提出了更高的要求。实际工作中,人们更多关注大机组汽机基础的动力特性分析,对小型机组汽机基础重视不够,仅按静力计算兼顾构造要求设计,有时这样处理会使汽机基础的动力性能不符合汽轮机对基础的要求。遂介绍一例15MW机组汽轮发电机基础设计计算情况,提示动力分析结果和设计人感性认识差别。
The turbo-generator foundations,whose shape varies according to craft and structure,is served as an important special structure,this sets a higher demand for turbo-generator foundation design.Actually engineers pay attention to large turbo-generator foundation,and ignore miniature turbo-generator foundation,designing in static analysis,sometimes that not conform to requirements of turbo-generator.The article introduce an example of 15MW turbo-generator,warning the difference of calculation and perceptual knowledge.
