摘要
采用等温滴定量热仪(isothermal titration calorimetry,ITC)对鞣制条件下,溶液中Cr2(SO4)3与胶原间的相互作用进行了研究。结果表明:在试验所用的胶原稀溶液中,胶原与Cr2(SO4)3之间的作用产生了一定的热量变化,但由于变化太小,无法拟合出有价值的信息。这个热量的变化可能是由Cr3+与胶原羧基之间的络合产生的,也有可能是其它的作用引起的,如Cr2(SO4)3的盐效应。关于溶液中Cr2(SO4)3与胶原的作用机理,还有待进一步的研究。
The interactions between collagen and Cr2( SO4 ) 3 in solution under tanning conditions are investigated by isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC). The result shows that the enthalpy of the reaction between the protein and Cr^3+ is too small to fit and thus less valuable information on thermodynamic characteristic can be obtained directly. It is assumed that the reaction is maybe the coordination between carboxyl groups of collagen and Cr^3+ but the change of enthalpy is small, or other interaction, such as the salt effect of Cr2 ( SO4 ) 3 in the experimental dilute solution. The reaction mechanism of collagen and Cr2 ( SO4 ) 3 in solution remains unclear and needs for further study.
