摘要
提高钙基脱硫剂的钙利用率一直是烟气脱硫工艺的重要方面。该文以联合脱除SO2和NOx为研究背景,重点研究以飞灰做为载体,添加金属硝酸盐、碳酸盐和磷酸盐等添加剂,对调质后的钙基脱硫剂在350℃窗口进行脱硫性能实验。实验结果表明:添加剂调质后的脱硫剂固硫能力均有不同程度的提高。研究发现金属硝酸盐、碳酸盐能够显著提高脱硫剂在此温度段的固硫效果。
The fast development of coal-fired power plants has resulted in heavy emissions of SO2 and NOx,which contribute about half of China's industrial gaseous pollutant emissions.The sulfation characteristics of a limestone sorbent modified by a metal salt were investigated in this paper.Various metal salts were used as additives,such as nitrates,carbonates,and phosphates.The modified absorbents were tested at 350 ℃ in a thermogravimetric analyzer and sulfur determination device.The experiments show that almost all the additives improve the calcium conversion rate of the absorbent,with nitrate and carbonate having better performance than the others.
