舍曲林治疗帕金森病伴发抑郁症状患者的临床研究

Curative effect of sertraline on depressive symptoms associated with Parkinson's disease(PD)

目的探讨帕金森病伴发抑郁症状相关因素及发病机制,观察舍曲林对帕金森病伴发抑郁症状的影响,为帕金森病伴发抑郁症状的干预提供依据。方法将帕金森病患者共200例进行抑郁自评量表(SDS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、简易智力状态检查(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评定,对伴有抑郁症状患者随机分成两组,对照组仅用抗帕金森病药物治疗,研究组在用抗帕金森病药物基础上联合盐酸舍曲林治疗,疗程8周。采用HAMD量表、MMSE及ADL量表评定疗效。结果 200例患者中出现抑郁症状72例,占36%。研究组HAMD、ADL评分分别较对照组显著下降,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论舍曲林可明显改善帕金森病伴发抑郁症状的程度。

[ Objective ] To investigate the risk factors and pathogenesis of depressive symptoms associated with Parkinson＇s disease （PD） and sertraline＇s pharmacological effect on it. [Methods] 200 PD patients were assessed by using Self-Rating Depressive Scale （SDS）, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD）, Mini-Mental State Examination （MMSE） and Activity of Daily Living Scale （ADL）. The PD patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, treated by antiparkinsonian drugs or antiparkinsonian drugs plus sertraline for 8 weeks. HAMD, MMSE and ADL were used again to assess the outcomes. [Results] In the study, 72 patients, accounting for＇ 36% of all the PD patients, accompanied with depressive symptoms. The intervention group＇s score of HAMD and ADL decreased dramatically compared with the control group. The result was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. [ Conclusion] Sertraline can effectively relieve the depressive symptoms associated with PD.
