循证护理在预防白内障术后并发症中的效果观察

Effects of evidence-based nursing on preventing postoperative complications in cataract patients

目的观察循证护理对于预防白内障术后并发症的效果。方法 326例(338眼)白内障术后患者按入院时间随机分为传统护理(n=163)组和循证护理组(n=163),循证护理组对术后出现及潜在的并发症进行临床评估,应用循证护理概念和实施步骤加以具体指导,制定相应干预措施;传统护理组则按照传统护理观念进行护理。比较两组患者术后眼内炎、前房出血、角膜水肿和高眼压等并发症的发生率。结果循证护理组患者眼内炎、前房出血、角膜水肿和高眼压等并发症发生率显著低于传统护理组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论循证护理可明显降低白内障术后并发症的发生率,有效减轻患者痛苦,显著提高护理质量与手术疗效。

[Objective] To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing in preventing complications after cataract surgery. [Methods ] 326 patients （338 eyes） who undergone cataract surgery were randomly divided into two groups, conventional nursing group and evidence-based nursing group, the incidence of complications such as endophthalmitis, hyphema, corneal edema and intraocular hypertension was compared. Etiopathogenisis of some foregone and potential complications were analyzed, intervention study was made on the basis of the concept of evidence-based nursing, and some patients received nursing care following these steps. Other patients in conventional nursing group were attended according to traditional concepts of nursing. [Results] Compared with conventional nursing group, the incidence of complications was significantly decreased in evidence-based nursing group （P 〈 0.01）. [Conclusion] Evidence-based nursing care could significantly reduce the incidence of complications of cataract surgery, and effectively relieve the distress of patients. Besides, it could obviously lead to improvements in quality of care and effectiveness of surgery.
