企业文化是企业在长期的生产经营过程中形成的管理思想、价值观念、群体意识和行为规范。在企业文化建设中,需要把握四个原则,提出新形势下企业文化建设的方法和途径。
Enterprise Culture refers to the management ideas,values,group senses and behavior codes formed in the many-year production and business of enterprises.In the construction of enterprise culture,four principles should be attached importance to and the implementing ways of the culture under the new situation are proposes.
