摘要
通过对我国水利工程建设监理现状的分析,指出了目前监理工作中存在的问题及需要改进与完善的地方,并对监理人员应具备的素质提出了要求。
Based on an analysis on the current situation of the supervision in the construction of water conservancy projects in China,the paper points out some problems and aspects that can be improved and proposes the quality requirements for supervisors.
